Service Plans

Plans include an annual tune-up, priority scheduling, and coverage for many common parts and labor — so if something with your new system needs attention, it's an easy phone call, and most repairs are covered in full, even after-hours emergencies. As a new customer enrolling in automatic delivery, your first year of Plan A is included at no cost.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does automatic delivery work?

We use degree-day tracking and your home's usage history to forecast when you'll need fuel. We deliver before you run low, so you never have to monitor the gauge or call it in. We aim to come out when your tank is around 1/4 full, but may come out sooner as we're learning your home's usage patterns. We give you a call ahead of your delivery to let you know we're coming out, and we offer easy online payments as well as autopay with an additional discount.

What do your service plans cover?

Plans include an annual tune-up, priority scheduling, and coverage for many common parts and labor. Details and exact coverage information can be found here.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

No. There's no long-term contract for delivery. Service plans renew annually, and you can always call us with questions before you decide.

How do I redeem my free tune-up and year of coverage?

You don't need a code. Once you're enrolled in automatic delivery as a new customer, we'll schedule your complimentary tune-up and apply your first year of Service Plan A automatically.

What if I'm not ready for automatic delivery?

No problem — you're welcome to order oil on your own schedule with will-call, or book a tune-up at our standard rate any time. The complimentary tune-up and free year of coverage are currently only available for customers who enroll in automatic delivery. A lot of new homeowners choose automatic delivery right away — it's one less thing to worry about while you're still settling in, and we'll give you a call with a head's up before we deliver — if you're not quite ready for oil when we call, give us a call back to reschedule.

What information will you need from me to get started?

Just the basics — your name, address, phone number, and email. If you know your fill pipe location, the approximate age or condition of your oil tank, and whether your system is heat only or heat and hot water, that's helpful too — but if you're not sure, we'll help figure it out.

What happens after the first year?

Your complimentary year of Service Plan A covers your first 12 months. After that, it renews at the standard rate (currently $169/year) unless you choose to cancel — there's no obligation to continue.

What if my AC or another system needs attention too?

Just ask. If you're looking at an install or replacement, estimates are always free. If you need service, repair, or maintenance, we work with all kinds of HVAC equipment — including central air, heat pumps, ductless mini splits, dual-fuel systems, boilers, furnaces, and water heaters.
